ABOUT ISABELLA

I am a proud native Floridian who was raised in Polk County by a single parent in a low-income household. Like many families across Polk county, we relied on public assistance. I began working at 15 years old, starting as a cashier at Home Depot before later transitioning to a server and eventually an account executive. These earlier experiences taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, and personal responsibility. More importantly, they allowed me to identify actual problems the community faces and build real solutions.

As a graduate from Polk State College and now pursuing pre-law at UCF, I understand firsthand how critical education and accessibility to opportunities can influence success. Driven by a passion for helping others, I became an educator and mentor, helping individuals gain the skills, confidence, and support needed to secure meaningful employment and build successful careers. Today, as a small business owner, I continue to work closely with people throughout our community, helping them overcome barriers and create pathways to success.

A native Floridian, I saw how Polk County evolved. Including Polk’s promise as a budding agricultural hub and the challenges surrounding that title including: rising costs, heavy traffic, limited opportunity, and systems that do not serve the people they’re meant to protect.
I am running because I believe a public servant’s responsibility is to work for the people and not personal interest. I am committed to bringing transparent, accountable, and results driven leadership to Polk County.
Real change starts with Us.

Together, we can build a stronger future for Polk County.
